Rich Schroedle started Translate Technology Advisors, LLC in February of 2018, after almost thirty-four years of working in various technology leadership capacities, primarily in the financial services industry.

 

He spent the last twenty-two years responsible for technology at a Chicago-based subsidiary of a global investment manager, that grew from $10 billion of assets under management to $40 billion. Among other successes, Rich successfully guided this organization's technology environment through several acquisitions and divestitures over this timeframe.  He is skilled in IT Strategy, Infrastructure and Systems Integration, Vendor Management, Business Analysis, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity, End User Support, Information Security, and IT Management. Rich is a strong information technology professional with a DeVry and DePaul University education focused on IT and Electronics.

In addition to the financial services industry, Rich has experience in the automotive, trucking, manufacturing, and home construction and remodeling industries.

At this stage of his career, Rich is passionate about leveraging his breadth of technology experience and skills to assist businesses of any size in their technology challenges.  Rich's services are available on an hourly basis or on contract terms for longer engagements.

Rich resides with his family in Lake County, IL.  He enjoys traveling with his family, 

DIY projects, cycling, cars, and the outdoors.
